Shipping policy

All SOLENE orders are dispatched from Dubai. We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are processed on the following business day.

Delivery options and rates

Dubai
Next Day Delivery, arriving the next business day: AED 22
4 Hour Express Delivery, arriving within 4 hours of dispatch: AED 35

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
Next Day Delivery, arriving the next business day: AED 22

The rates above cover standard orders. Larger orders are charged at the rate shown at checkout, which is calculated by weight.

Deliveries to remote areas, including Liwa, Ruwais, Hatta, Dibba and the islands, may take up to three business days. We will contact you if your address falls outside our courier's standard network.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it leaves us.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery three times for Next Day orders and once for 4 Hour Express orders. If we are unable to reach you, the parcel returns to us and we will be in touch to arrange redelivery. Please make sure the phone number on your order is one you can be reached on during the day.

If something arrives damaged

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged, leaking, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at info@soleneparfums.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the outer box, the packaging and the bottle. We will arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
